We are able to produce for you mattresses with removable covers or mattresses with stitched borders, as may be requested by the customer. The removable covers are washable at 60 °C and with this, they are ideal for people suffering from allergy. Most of the cover fabrics are medically tested and they have been awarded the FKT-Test Seal.

The company ergomed GmbH offers to manufacture cold foam mattresses, latex mattresses and innerspring mattresses in standard sizes, also in special sizes.
Apart from the delivery of higher quantities to the wholesale market, it is also possible directly to equip hotels and guesthouses.

Positioning cushions mainly serve as aids in nursing care facilities to prevent complications. Cushions and positioning aids to support patients belong to the nursing care facility as the bed does itself.

Our medical products have covers made of mono- or bi-elastic PU-material and are provided with test certificates. The mattresses can be disinfected, have cores of cold foam, viscoelastic foam or a combination of both. On customer demand the contours can be cut by means of our ergomed-own -cutting technology.
